02. Intellectual Property
All code, visual logic, and digital designs presented on this platform are the exclusive property of MH DEVELOPERS. Unauthorized replication or redistribution of our digital architecture is strictly prohibited.
03. Service Engagement
Engaging with our development team constitutes a professional agreement. Timelines, deliverables, and asset transfers are governed by specific project contracts signed during the onboarding phase.
04. Liability Limitations
While we strive for 98.9% architectural stability, MH DEVELOPERS is not liable for indirect damages arising from external server outages or third-party API dependencies beyond our direct control.
